Compensation

Viettel Post does not compensate when

– The postal article is confiscated or destroyed in accordance with the law of Vietnam or the law of the receiving country.

– The sender did not comply with the regulations on complaints and dispute settlement according to regulations.

– Force majeure cases as prescribed by law.

Exclusion of Liability
